Judi offers workshops, classes and seminars through The Center for Soul Empowerment and the TriHealth Integrative Health and Medicine Center, as well as being a presenter at other centers, seminars, life expos and festivals. JOYFUL HEALING LAUGHTER YOGA CLUB
Laughter yoga is a fun way to reduce stress, become healthier and create
peace within yourself and therefore the world. We do this through simple
laughter exercises and gentle yoga breathing. Laughter yoga was
developed by a medical doctor from India in 1995. It began with 5 people
and now there are more than 5000 laughter yoga clubs in 55 countries.
Come and learn how to laugh for no reason and have fun doing it! :)
